Dan joined Quartix in 2017 and has had various roles in the business.\u00a0He became Chief Operating and Financial Officer in 2019 and oversaw many of the commercial teams until 2021, during which time the business grew significantly.\u00a0After a two-year period working in other areas within the business, he returned to the role of Commercial and Operations Director in November 2023.\r\nPrior to joining Quartix, he worked within the Associated British Foods group and for Domino Printing Sciences plc.\u00a0He has a first-class degree in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford.<\/p> \r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

\r\n <\/div>\r\n Sean Maher, Sales Director<\/h4>
Sean started in the telematics sector back in 2002 and joined Quartix in March 2008.\u00a0On joining Quartix Sean was the first full time on the road sales agent.\u00a0In the coming years that allowed Quartix to grow its Field Sales for the UK and saw us bring on some large household names to the business.\u00a0In 2019 Sean was promoted to the Head of UK & USA whilst still working in the UK Field Market and also over the next few years bringing on board the French Field Team.\u00a0In 2022 Sean was promoted to Sales Director and since that time has been involved in ensuring the Company see’s growth in all areas of the business whilst still being involved in the day to day sales within UK Field.\u00a0<\/p> \r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

Sally Morton is an accomplished financial professional with a strong foundation in accounting and leadership. A Rhodes University graduate with Honours in Financial Accounting, she qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Grant Thornton UK LLP. Joining Quartix in 2019 as Group Financial Accountant, Sally advanced to Head of Finance in 2022 and has assumed the role of Finance Director in 2025. Her career reflects a dedication to excellence, leveraging her expertise to drive financial strategy and organisational success.<\/p> \r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

\r\n <\/div>\r\n Glen Middleton, Head of Telematics<\/h4>
Glen has been with Quartix for 14 years and is responsible for hardware related product design and outsourced manufacturing. He has 40 years of experience in electronics design, embedded software development and product manufacturing, and was previously Engineering Director of a subsidiary of Spectris plc and subsequently Managing Director of Eurotech (UK). Prior to that, he was a development engineer with the British Antarctic Survey, working in Cambridge and around Antarctica.\u00a0Glen studied Physics and Electronics at the University of Manchester.<\/p> \r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

\r\n <\/div>\r\n Ian Pawley, Head of Support<\/h4>
Ian has been with the company for nearly 21 years, starting as a technical support professional. He now leads our global technical support team, which has expanded from 2 to 27 agents, as well as overseeing the company’s infrastructure. Before joining Quartix, Ian gained over 5 years of experience in technical support within the financial services and hotel software sectors. His expertise and leadership have been instrumental in the growth and success of our support operations, with customer service at its heart.<\/p> \r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

Head of Sales Europe with more than 15 years of experience in sales, telesales and team management. Malik joined the company at the beginning of 2018, bringing his expertise in sales and customer relations after having held the position of Sales Manager for a French start-up. Prior to that, he worked as a team leader and offshore manager in a Call Centre, leading projects, trainings and supervising telesales teams in several countries abroad.<\/p> \r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/section>\r\n \n\n\n
