The awards ceremony will take place on <strong>Wednesday 30 September 2026<\/strong>, bringing together fleet professionals and senior industry leaders from across the UK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The UK Fleet Champions Awards recognise organisations and individuals who are driving down road risk while reducing the environmental impact of work-related driving. The awards celebrate those demonstrating measurable leadership in preventing crashes, cutting emissions and embedding a culture of responsibility across their fleet operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-shared-mission-to-prevent-harm\">A shared mission to prevent harm<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 1995, Brake has worked to stop the tragedy of road deaths and serious injuries, support bereaved families and victims, and campaign for proven road safety solutions. The charity provides specialist emotional and practical support to families affected by road crashes, helps professionals better understand victims\u2019 needs, challenges government to adopt effective safety measures, and empowers organisations to manage work-related road risk responsibly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.drivingforbetterbusiness.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Driving for Better Business<\/a>, a National Highways programme, supports employers in embedding road safety into their operational culture.
