More than 700 customers have been with Quartix for over 20 years, and Net Revenue Retention,\u00a0the measure of how much recurring revenue is\u00a0retained\u00a0and grown from existing customers,\u00a0reached 98.1% in 2025, its highest reported level. The company\u00a0prides itself on<a href=\"\/en-gb\/blog\/auto-renewal-trap\/\">\u00a0transparent contracts without\u00a0auto-renewal clauses<\/a>, meaning every customer\u00a0is\u00a0transferred to\u00a0a monthly rolling\u00a0subscription\u00a0after their\u00a0initial\u00a0term, free to leave\u00a0at any time.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The fleet subscription base grew 11% to more than 333,000 vehicles across\u00a0nearly 33,000\u00a0customers\u00a0worldwide, with almost 80,000 new subscriptions added during the\u00a0year. Annualised Recurring Revenue reached a record <strong>\u00a337 million<\/strong>, providing strong forward momentum into 2026.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dashcams-becoming-a-significant-fleet-tool-nbsp\"><strong>Dashcams becoming a significant fleet tool<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"\/en-gb\/connected-fleet-dashcam\/\">connected dashcam solution<\/a>,\u00a0launched in 2024 and fully integrated with\u00a0Quartix&#8217;s\u00a0web application,\u00a0was a significant contributor to growth in the UK during 2025, with rollout planned across\u00a0additional\u00a0markets. The system provides high-resolution footage triggered automatically by vehicle events, giving fleet managers a practical tool for driver training, insurance claims management and protection against fraudulent third-party claims. Further development, including integration with location and tracking data in the\u00a0web and\u00a0mobile application, is planned for 2026.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-new-platform-launching-in-2026-nbsp\"><strong>New platform launching in 2026<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A completely <a href=\"\/en-gb\/product-updates\/new-quartix-interface\/\">redesigned web\u00a0application<\/a>, built on a unified codebase, has been released in beta\u00a0with\u00a0positive customer feedback. More than 1,000 businesses expressed interest in previewing the new interface ahead of its full release, which is expected this year.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-growing-across-europe\"><strong>Growing across\u00a0Europe<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Growth accelerated across southern Europe, with <strong>Italy up 43%<\/strong>, Spain up 35% and Germany up 26% in annualised subscription revenue. France and the UK both delivered double-digit growth.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-recognised-by-the-fleet-industry-nbsp\"><strong>Recognised by the fleet industry<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quartix was named <a href=\"\/en-gb\/news\/quartix-wins-whatvan-telematics-award-2026\/\">Telematics Supplier of the Year at the 2026\u00a0WhatVan?
