Lead generation via cold calling, arranging meetings for the sales team and encourage potential customers to engage with us. To sell the Quartix product to customers through telesales. Create a positive purchase experience in line with the Company ethos to assist customer retention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-job-details\">JOB DETAILS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Office based, in Newtown, Wales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monday &#8211; Friday, 8:30 &#8211; 17:00 (37.5 hours)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-key-responsibilities\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Making a minimum of 100 calls per day, generating new sales leads through existing customer contacts\/data lists and company research for either yourself to convert or a member of the Sales Team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishing individual prospect requirements to enable an effective sale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performing telephone web-based demonstrations of the Quartix product and its benefits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure acquisition of paperwork &amp; relevant documents to finalise a sale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet and exceed clearly defined KPI\u2019s as set by Sales Manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting the UK sales team to generate new prospect interest for follow up by the Sales Executives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contacting potential customers through agreed sales methods and targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining an ongoing prospect list of potential prospects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide customers with relevant sales information specific to their requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-general-responsibilities\">GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain and develop relationships with other sales departments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and report on market and competitor activities to Sales Executives &amp; Sales Manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop ideas and put forward to development team for improved database and system processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A commitment to equal opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and develop relationships with customers and suppliers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribution towards improvement in procedures and systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn and adapt to new systems as introduced by the business<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide cover for team where appropriate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creation or Update of LinkedIn profiles to be used for regular sharing of Quartix marketing content and building brand presence in relevant networks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ad hoc assignments as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-about-you\">ABOUT YOU<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to present written information in a structured and balanced way appropriate to the needs of the reader<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confident on both the phone and in person<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to create prospects via cold calling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales\/customer service role, ideally B2B<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 months office based, or telesales experience preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good IT skills, which must include use of Office 365<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willing to learn in house software, including marketing database<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ideal candidate would have experience in Salesforce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thorough knowledge of our product and benefits it offers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and enjoys targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Results driven<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent time keeping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organisation and team members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Focussed with the hunger to succeed in a sales environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to make a high volume of phone calls<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2
