With a starting salary of \u00a328,000, plus an uncapped commission structure, our top performers regularly achieve On-Target Earnings of \u00a340,000+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What You’ll Be Doing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for converting inbound enquiries into new business opportunities and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Responding to inbound enquiries generated through comparison websites and lead providers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Understanding customer requirements and providing tailored quotations and solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Delivering engaging telephone and web-based product demonstrations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Managing and developing your own sales pipeline from enquiry through to close.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Following up with prospects and maintaining ongoing communication to maximise conversions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Generating additional opportunities through referrals, customer contacts, and outbound activity where required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and daily activity KPIs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Keeping customers engaged during trial periods and supporting their decision-making process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Contributing ideas and feedback to help improve team performance and customer experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Essential Qualities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and online.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Positive attitude and a desire to succeed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Desirable Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Telesales or sales experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • B2B sales experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Experience working towards targets or KPIs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • CRM system experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
