You will manage your own portfolio of potential customers, providing them with sales support matching their individual needs. Creating a positive purchase experience ensuring customer retention. Supporting existing customers to encourage repeat orders and upgrades to additional packages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-job-details\">JOB DETAILS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Office-based (within the UK), in Newtown, Wales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monday &#8211; Friday, 14:30 &#8211; 23:00 (37.5 hours)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a340,000 O.T.E.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-responsibilities\">RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accomplish sales targets through personal sales achievements whilst working as part of a team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work sales procedures through to completion of order<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of new routes to market, including cold calling to establish company contacts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daily communication with team manager to ensure they are aware of your pipeline business and forecasted opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing a portfolio of prospects and maintaining periodical contact through telephone &amp; email communication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining marketing database records with up-to-date customer information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performing telephone demonstrations to potential customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring the sales forecast throughout the month and ensuring orders are chased in<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide customers with relevant sales information specific to their requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make and maintain a targeted volume of outbound calls, 50 calls or 2 hours of talk time daily<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-role\">THE ROLE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain and develop relationships with other sales departments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and report on market and competitor activities to Sales Executives &amp; Sales Manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop ideas and put forward to development team for improved database and system processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A commitment to equal opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and develop relationships with customers and suppliers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribution towards improvement in procedures and systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn and adapt to new systems as introduced by the business<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide cover for team where appropriate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ad hoc assignments as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-about-you\">ABOUT YOU<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to present written information in a structured and balanced way appropriate to the needs of the reader<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confident on both the phone and in person<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to create prospects via cold calling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in a sales environment, ideally B2B (knowledge and experience in the telematics market would be a benefit)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 months office based or telesales experience preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good IT skills, which must include use of Office 365<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willing to learn in house software, including marketing database<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ideal candidate would have experience in Salesforce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thorough knowledge of our product and benefits it offers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have an excellent customer service attitude and will answer and assist the customers and prospects queries to the best of his\/her abilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Will be target driven and goal orientated and will thrive to achieve and exceed his\/her targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Positive, highly motivated and a good team
