To generate and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, providing them with sales support matching their individual requirements. Create a positive purchase experience in line with the Company ethos to assist customer retention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-job-details\">JOB DETAILS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Office based, in Newtown, Wales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monday &#8211; Friday, 8:30 &#8211; 17:00 (37.5 hours)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a340,000 O.T.E.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-responsibilities\">RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Responding to customer enquiries generated by marketing activity and establishing their individual requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performing telephone web-based demonstrations of the Quartix product and its benefits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing a portfolio of customers to ensure contact until the sale is closed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generating new sales leads through existing customer contacts and company research<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet and exceed clearly defined KPI\u2019s as set by Sales Manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting the UK field sales team to generate new prospect interest for follow up by the office-based Sales Executives and Field Sales Representatives, including generating leads for meetings for the field sales team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contacting potential customers through agreed sales methods and targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining an ongoing prospect list of potential prospects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a record of customers who have trial periods on enhanced packages ensuring that customers confirm their future requirements within an agreed time frame.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrate personal sales efforts with other organised marketing activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Input ideas and suggestions to the marketing team for future campaigns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide customers with relevant sales information specific to their requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-role\">THE ROLE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain and develop relationships with other sales departments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and report on market and competitor activities to Sales Executives &amp; Sales Manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop ideas and put forward to development team for improved database and system processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A commitment to equal opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and develop relationships with customers and suppliers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribution towards improvement in procedures and systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn and adapt to new systems as introduced by the business<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide cover for team where appropriate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ad hoc assignments as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-about-you\">ABOUT YOU<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to present written information in a structured and balanced way appropriate to the needs of the reader<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confident on both the phone and in person<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to create prospects via cold calling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in a sales environment, ideally B2B<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 months office-based or telesales experience&nbsp; preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good IT skills, which must include use of Office 365<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willing to learn in-house software, including marketing database<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ideal candidate would have experience in Salesforce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thorough knowledge of our product and benefits it offers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and enjoys targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Results driven<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent time keeping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organisation and team members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Focused with the hunger
