You will need to work effectively within as an individual and as a team a team to help achieve both individual and channel targets. To generate and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, providing them with sales support matching their individual requirements. Create a positive purchase experience in line with the Company ethos to assist customer retention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-job-details\">JOB DETAILS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Office based, in Newtown, Wales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monday &#8211; Friday, 8:30 &#8211; 17:00 (37.5 hours)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-responsibilities\">RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Responding to inbound enquiries generated by lead providers within the \u201ccomparison sector and establishing their individual requirements and then provide quotation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performing telephone web\u2010based demonstrations of the Quartix product and its benefits to potential prospects and new customers alike<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self\u2010Management of prospect pipeline to ensure contact is upheld until the sale is closed and maintaining an ongoing prospect list of potential prospects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate new sales leads through existing customer contacts and where necessary outbound cold calling and self\u2010generation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet and exceed clearly defined KPI\u2019s achieving not only monthly sales targets, but also minimum daily activity KPI\u2019s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contacting potential customers through agreed sales methods and providing information in a clear verbal or written manner to meet customer expectations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a record of customers who have trial periods on enhanced packages ensuring that customers confirm their future requirements within an agreed time frame.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Input ideas and suggestions to team leader that may be of benefit to the team or the company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-role\">THE ROLE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain and develop relationships with other departments within the company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gather information on competitor activities to share with Sales Executives &amp; Sales Manager to ensure we remain ahead<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put forward suggestions regarding the system or future developments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A commitment to equal opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and develop positive relationships with colleagues and customers alike<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribution towards improvement in procedures and systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn and adapt to new systems as introduced by the business<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide cover for team and concise written and spoken communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to present written information in a structured and balanced way appropriate to the needs of the reader<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confident on the phone and in person<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Telesales experience preferably in B2B Sales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in competitive sales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good IT skills, which must include use of Office 365<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willing to learn new software, both unique to Quartix and more widely available CRM systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thorough knowledge of our product and benefits it offers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and enjoys working to targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Results driven<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent time keeping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be
