How long does Quartix keep your data? You decide!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In line with GDPR and current UK Law, you can now adjust the Quartix Data Retention Period through the Quartix Tracking App to control how long we will hold your data for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our goal is to provide you with accurate and easily-accessible information and we use your data to make our vehicle tracking service as helpful to you as possible. It is important to us that you understand what we do with your data and are clear on the length of time that we will keep it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quartix will store your data for as little as three months or up to seven years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adhering to data protection laws, such as GDPR, is of the utmost importance to Quartix. We wanted to ensure that you can easily control and decide how long we hold information for you. The new Data Retention Period feature in the Tracking App lets you do just that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To change your Data Retention Period within the Tracking App:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Go to the\u00a0Configuration<\/strong>\u00a0menu<\/li>
  • Click\u00a0\u2018Edit Company Details<\/strong>\u2019<\/li>
  • Select the length of time you want Quartix to store your data for<\/li>
  • Click\u00a0\u2018Update<\/strong>\u2019<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Now you have all the tools to control your data privacy directly within the tracking app!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
