The online chat feature is a great way to communicate with us.  You can get the answers you need without picking up a phone or sending an email.  The web chat feature enables you to send queries or requests and get a real-time response during our office hours 08.30-17.00.  And after hours, incoming questions are logged, so that the team can respond immediately the next working day.
