Use of information
We will use the personal information provided to us to:

Third-Parties and their sites
Certain Quartix services, such as assisting with user evaluation of our products, are offered in conjunction with our (third-party) business partners. Where our services make use of hosted tools, hosted data storage and payment services provided by third parties any of your personal information stored by such third parties shall be subject to their privacy provisions.

It is very important to us that we provide you with the highest level of service. Quartix Inc commits to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, and comply with the advice given by the panel and/ or Commissioner with regard to data transferred from the EU and/or Switzerland.
The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over Quartix Inc’s compliance with the Privacy Shield. Quartix Inc will maintain the confidentiality of personal data and does not plan for any onward transfer to third parties. Any onward transfer that does occur will be in accordance with the Standard Contractual Clauses (Processors) approved by the European Commission in Commission Decision C(2010)593.
