Quartix, one of Europe’s leading fleet telematics providers, recently announced its results for 2025, its strongest financial performance to date, achieved as the company marks 25 years of operation.
Built on long-term customer relationships
At the heart of Quartix’s growth is a customer base that stays. More than 700 customers have been with Quartix for over 20 years, and Net Revenue Retention, the measure of how much recurring revenue is retained and grown from existing customers, reached 98.1% in 2025, its highest reported level. The company prides itself on transparent contracts without auto-renewal clauses, meaning every customer is transferred to a monthly rolling subscription after their initial term, free to leave at any time.
The fleet subscription base grew 11% to more than 333,000 vehicles across nearly 33,000 customers worldwide, with almost 80,000 new subscriptions added during the year. Annualised Recurring Revenue reached a record £37 million, providing strong forward momentum into 2026.
Dashcams becoming a significant fleet tool
The connected dashcam solution, launched in 2024 and fully integrated with Quartix’s web application, was a significant contributor to growth in the UK during 2025, with rollout planned across additional markets. The system provides high-resolution footage triggered automatically by vehicle events, giving fleet managers a practical tool for driver training, insurance claims management and protection against fraudulent third-party claims. Further development, including integration with location and tracking data in the web and mobile application, is planned for 2026.
New platform launching in 2026
A completely redesigned web application, built on a unified codebase, has been released in beta with positive customer feedback. More than 1,000 businesses expressed interest in previewing the new interface ahead of its full release, which is expected this year.
Growing across Europe
Growth accelerated across southern Europe, with Italy up 43%, Spain up 35% and Germany up 26% in annualised subscription revenue. France and the UK both delivered double-digit growth.
Recognised by the fleet industry
Quartix was named Telematics Supplier of the Year at the 2026 WhatVan? Awards and received the Fleet News Fleet Recommended Award for the second consecutive year, voted for by fleet professionals. The company maintains a Trustpilot rating of 4.8 from over 1,200 reviews, with 97% rated four or five stars.
Andrew Walters, Executive Chairman, said: “We have maintained our excellent reputation for customer service and look forward to reporting on further substantial progress in 2026.”
