Quartix Raises £9,000 for Montgomeryshire Family Crisis Centre

At Quartix, giving back to the community is something we’re passionate about. Throughout 2024, we dedicated our fundraising efforts to Montgomeryshire Family Crisis Centre (MFCC), a North Powys charity providing vital support for individuals and families affected by domestic abuse. We’re proud to announce that, thanks to the generosity and enthusiasm of our team, we raised an incredible £9,000!

A Year of Fundraising Fun

Raising money for such an important cause was a team effort, and we had a fantastic time putting on a variety of events throughout the year, including:

Race Night – An evening of friendly competition and excitement.

Quizzes – Testing our knowledge in the name of charity.

Bingo – Eyes down for a fun-filled night with plenty of prizes.

Food & Gift Donation Drive – Collecting essential supplies and treats to support families in need.

Half-Marathon Fundraiser – Our team laced up their running shoes to take on a tough challenge in support of MFCC.

Food Competitions – A delicious way to raise funds and show off our culinary skills!

Charity Ball – A highlight of the year, bringing everyone together for a great cause.

Making a Difference

MFCC provides essential services to those in crisis, offering emergency accommodation, outreach support, and advocacy to individuals and families in need. Their work reduces the risk of domestic abuse and aims to positively change the lives of families by providing specialist support and guidance. The team at MFCC encourages individuals to thrive from their experiences, enabling them to develop healthy relationships in the future. We know that this £9,000 will help MFCC continue their invaluable work within our community.
