We’re looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our HR team at our Newtown Headquarters. This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day administration of the HR function, helping to deliver an excellent employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
You’ll be the first point of contact for routine HR queries, support recruitment and onboarding, maintain accurate HR records, administer employee benefits and work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure HR processes run efficiently and remain compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding, including interview scheduling, pre-employment checks, contracts and new starter administration.
- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, escalating to the HR Advisor or HR Manager where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate employee records using our HR systems and ensure confidentiality at all times.
- Administer employee benefits, absence management and HR documentation.
- Manage the HR inbox and provide timely administrative support across the HR team.
- Produce regular HR reports and assist with HR projects and continuous process improvements.
- Support managers and the wider HR team with general HR administration as required.
What we’re looking for
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise a varied workload and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with experience using HR systems desirable.
- Previous HR administration experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.
