Quartix has recently welcomed a new member to our mobile sales team in the UK.
From his base in Newcastle, Ryan Hall will be covering the northeast region, as well as much of Scotland from the border all the way to south Edinburgh. “I’m excited to cover this area,” Ryan says. “I’ve previously worked in sales roles at Barclaycard, Portakabin, Xerox printers, and Northgate vehicle hire, so I feel like I can bring a lot to this sales role for Quartix.”
“One of the first things that struck me about Quartix was the high level of customer service that you can see throughout the business,” he says. “When I tell potential customers about all the benefits of the Quartix system, I am confident that those sales points will be backed up by the rest of the Quartix team. It makes my job so much easier, knowing that I can fulfil my promises and that our customers will be taken care of throughout the sales process and beyond.”
With his background in new business development, Ryan is prepared to take on the challenges that come with fleet sales. “Right now, we are seeing a major shift in fleet vehicles to EV and while that is great, it also means that there is a lot more for an owner or fleet manager to consider when exploring vehicle tracking. And with the rise in fuel prices, everyone needs to be sure they are getting the most out of their investment. I believe that Quartix has all the tools to help customers reduce costs where they can. And the new service, EVolve, is going to help navigate a fleet’s migration to electric vehicles immensely. It’s a great time to get on board with Quartix and I’m excited to be part of the team.”
“There is no typical day as a salesperson, but I look forward to getting out and meeting potential customers, hearing what they need from a vehicle tracking system, and telling them what Quartix can do for them,” Ryan says. “I’m also looking forward to all the upcoming shows and events this summer—they’re great chances to make new contacts that will hopefully turn into satisfied customers!”
