We think it’s important to keep you updated on how Quartix is managing the unfolding situation as Coronavirus presents challenges to everyone across the world. Quartix is open for business as usual. We are, of course, taking official advice and adapting, but most of our customer base is carrying on as usual, and we are here to support you.
We have changed some of our practises to protect the health and safety of our staff, our installers, our partners and our customers.
All Quartix employees are working from home. Our IT team have worked hard to ensure this is a seamless experience for our customers. You can still get in touch with us; below are the best ways to do that:

As much as we love to see our customers, understandably all visits to the office are postponed.
Our installer partners
We consider our installers part of our extended team. Many of our installers are not working during this time, so there could be delays of up to three weeks for some installation requests. We’re having regular updates and briefings with them and continue to uphold strict health and safety guidelines. These include not working when ill and regular hand washing. Our installers have been asked to respect the social distancing measures in place.
We haven’t seen any impact on our supply chains and for now we’re not expecting any in the future, but we will keep reviewing the situation to minimise any potential disruption.
We don’t expect any delays with shipments of our tracking devices to the UK and the US, however for our customers in France, Spain, Italy, Poland, and Germany, there could be delays at the delivery level, as there may be disruptions with local couriers.
Our sales partners
Because our sales partners are independent companies who sell Quartix products, some may choose to close during this time. We fully support those that remain open and there should be no disruption with selling our devices, beyond any supply delays in Europe.
If you have people working from home, remember that you can set up new users with their own unique log-in, and give them access to only the vehicles/reports relevant to them, so that your data remains secure.
