Quartix Gains Investor in Customers Gold Award

Quartix Ltd, the award-winning vehicle tracking company, has been awarded the Investor in Customers (IIC) Gold Award for its overall Customer Experience.

(Former) Managing Director of Quartix, Andy Walters comments: “We are pleased and proud to receive this recognition from IIC. Providing exceptional customer service is at the very core of Quartix’s mission statement and the Gold Award from IIC is proof that our employees and our service are living up to that.”

Customer statements collected during the assessment included: “I have recommended the company to many other organisations over the past eight years. I feel confident that the Quartix team would not let anyone down” and “The product is excellent, the price is fair, and the customer service is excellent.”

As part of the IIC process, staff are also given the opportunity to express their views. The assessment not only covers the customer experience they feel the company delivers, but also the staff experience. Staff feedback was highly positive. “My colleagues are so welcoming and each department we speak to are warm and friendly. Everyone takes a real interest in you and it’s a happy atmosphere. If I need help, it’s always on hand” and “It’s an established, successful business with a good working environment and approachable management” are just a couple of the comments received from Quartix staff members. These comments support the rule that if you treat your staff well, happy customers will also follow.

IIC is an independent assessment organisation that conducts rigorous benchmarking exercises. These exercises determine the quality of customer service and relationships across a number of dimensions:  how well a company understands its customers, how it meets their needs and how it engenders loyalty. IIC also compares the views of staff and senior management to identify how embedded the customer is throughout the company’s thinking.
