French Sales Partner Acquisition and Development Support

Job purpose

To support the new strategy for Sales Partners, a focus on acquisition. To use a structured approach assisted by automated lists to identify, recruit, develop, onboard and support Sales Partners of Quartix products.

Responsibilities

  • Cold calling potential new Sales Partners, then setting up meetings for the Acquisition & Development Manager
  • Follow the distributor recruitment process (contracts, Pledger forms…).
  • Support the onboarding of new Sales Partners
  • Holding product and system demos where needed
  • Working closely with other Sales Partners team to achieve goals
  • Understanding the Sales Partners markets and products
  • Ensuring that new Sales Partners are familiar with the processes and procedure of the Sales Partner team and also the sales tools available to them
  • Work with marketing to identify needs and where needed strategy for providing brochures and merchandise to Sales Partners
  • Managing existing Sales Partner base
  • Proactively supporting Sales Partners to increase their new customer acquisitions and units installed base, including aiding with marketing requirements
  • Dealing with queries and questions from potential/existing Sales Partners – account management tasks and basic support duties
  • Dealing with distributors customers’ installations
  • Dealing with administrative tasks such as processing orders
  • Escalating any issues/concerns to the Operations Manager
  • Ensure that our excellent customer service and Sales Partner support is maintained

General responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop relationships with Sales Partners and prospects
  • Develop ideas and put forward to the Manager of Operations for improved department, database and system processes
  • Communicate any competitor information gained through to the wider team
  • To monitor and report any issues to the Head of Operations
  • Learn and adapt to new systems as introduced by the business
  • A commitment to equal opportunities

  • Ad hoc assignments as required

About you

  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with Sales Partners, and other stakeholders
  • Able to manage Sales Partners expectations with integrity
  • French speaker (fluent)
  • Ideally experienced in B2B sales
  • Experience in either a field or office based customer facing role preferred
  • Good IT skills, which must include use of Office 365
  • Knowledge of B2B Sales
  • Knowledge of the market we operate in
  • Knowledge of the Sales Partners industry/products
  • Confident in person and on the phone
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Target driven
  • Excellent time keeping
  • Willing to travel to face to face meetings when necessary
  • Self-motivated & proactive
