JOB PURPOSE
To support the new strategy for Sales Partners, the UK Distribution Support will use a structured approach to develop, onboard and support Sales Partners of Quartix products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the onboarding of new Sales Partners
- Working closely with Sales Partners team to achieve goals
- Ensuring that new Sales Partners are familiar with the processes and procedure of the Sales Partner team and also the sales tools available to them
- Work with marketing to identify needs and where needed strategy for providing brochures and merchandise to Sales Partners
- Dealing with queries and questions from potential Sales Partners
- Booking in visits to Sales Partners for the UK Distribution manager when appropriate
- Understanding the Sales Partners markets and products
- Holding product and system demos where needed
- Managing existing Sales Partner base through strong account management – ensuring ongoing support to Sales Partners, discussing results and how to improve performance
- Promoting Quartix and the brand and building relationships with larger end‐customers to understand their next value stage.
- Escalating any issues/concerns to the UK Distribution Manager
- Ensure that our excellent customer service and Sales Partner support is maintained
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with Sales Partners
- Develop ideas and put forward to the UK Distribution Manager for improved department, database and system processes
- Communicate any competitor information gained through to the wider team
- To monitor and report any issues to the UK Distribution Manager
- Learn and adapt to new systems as introduced by the business

- Ad hoc assignments as required
