UK Distribution Support

Based in Newtown, Wales. Fixed term for 12 months on a 30-hour part time contract.

Quartix is looking for a Distribution Support to complete all administration duties, outbound and inbound calls, continually growing the distribution channel and building strong relationships. You will develop relationships, both with Sales Partners and end customers, to increase sales through encouraging and supporting current Sales Partners, protecting attrition.

Responsibilities

  • The growth of customers via our partner channels
  • Assisting with administration – raising and saving orders and ensure they are processed in a timely manor
  • Sharing and developing knowledge re: our product and sales with distributors
  • Ensure Sales Partners are onboarded efficiently and have the resource they need to begin selling
  • Work with & engage current Sales Partners to ensure they resell our product throughout the UK, growing their number of customers and units with Quartix
  • Attending any exhibitions Quartix may attend, and promote Quartix product and brand
  • Whole end account management of both Sales Partners and named customers
  • Any further ad hoc requests required
  • Reporting any risks/Red flags while ensuring attrition is kept low.
  • To uphold the values of the company and comply with all company policies
  • Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to assist both our resellers and customers
  • Ensuring all orders are correct prior to processing
  • Constantly look to renew current customers working with our resellers
  • Building lasting relationships with our current resellers
  • Report any red flags/complaints to manager
  • A commitment to equal opportunities
  • Ad hoc tasks as and when they arrive
  • Other tasks as assigned by manager

Skills and Experience

  • Must have an excellent customer service attitude and will answer and assist the customers and prospects’ queries to the best of his/her abilities.
  • Be confident in delivery demos of the system.
  • Ensuring strong relationships over the phone inbound – outbound.
  • Positive, highly motivated, and a good team player.
  • Has initiative and is able to suggest new methods of working.
  • Be methodical in administrative work ensuring details are correct – eye for detail.
  • Personable.
  • Good relationship-builder.
  • Product knowledge.
  • Industry knowledge.
  • Will have relevant Business to Business sales experience (knowledge and experience in the telematics market would be a benefit).
